Quality Inn & Suites Tampa-Ybor City

The STAFF are very professional and kind. The black ladies that work there are very adorable, and pleasant on the eyes. The room was clean. I did NOT see a single bug. The maids are helpful and are always cleaning inside and outside of the rooms. The pool area was fun, and it allows smoking since inside the building and rooms are smoke free. The complementary coffee that's available 24 hours was delicious. The breakfast is good. The other guests were very friendly. I made friends there by the pool. The room has big TV, comfortable bed, iron, and ironing board for the preppy buisnessmen, a refrigerator, and it has a blow dryer. I forgot my blow dryer at home and I needed to put my mohawk up for the Metallica concert and the nightclubs in Ybor, so I'm happy there was a blow dryer. The hotel is close to all the main attractions. I'm definitely coming back and staying here from now on. The neighborhood the Hotel is in looks sort-of run down, but the hotel itself has a property gate around it and is very safe! At night the parking lot has a lot of lights and there are security guards. The homeless people in the neighborhood stay away from the Hotel property. This hotel is WELL WORTH the price!

Front Desk Persons are Exceptional in Customer Care, The Friendliest Front Desk Persons I've come in contact with since before COVID,. When entering facility it smelled clean and fresh. I was greeted warm and Friendly, professional by Cedric who was on duty at My time of Check-In. I elected to stay another night and the Young Lady on duty was Professional, Beaufiful Energy and accomodating to My needs. I truly appreciate this staff. The room waa so very roomy and big and clean and bed comfotable, felt like home. Beautiful lamdscape. .nice open area outside to ground, do yoga, just relax in the Sun. Nice pool area, and lets not forget waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice for breakfast🙂

Facility was very clean and nice. Location was hard to find and reach. Once we got there once had no issues. Breakfast was sparse the first couple of days and then they received a food order, and items were added. Would be nice if they offered boiled eggs for people with Gluten allergies. We ate the fruit, and yogurt once available, coffee and juice. My husband has Celiacs so could not eat the bagels, waffles or muffins. Nice patio area. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

Easy to access location and was very clean inside. They had nighttime security which was nice.

Breakfast was good, room was good, Customer service was remarkable. Michael was great and to be honest, whatever I didn’t like about the hotel his nice and professional demeanor made up for it. Otherwise I would’ve stayed at another hotel.
