Front Desk Persons are Exceptional in Customer Care, The Friendliest Front Desk Persons I've come in contact with since before COVID,. When entering facility it smelled clean and fresh. I was greeted warm and Friendly, professional by Cedric who was on duty at My time of Check-In. I elected to stay another night and the Young Lady on duty was Professional, Beaufiful Energy and accomodating to My needs. I truly appreciate this staff. The room waa so very roomy and big and clean and bed comfotable, felt like home. Beautiful lamdscape. .nice open area outside to ground, do yoga, just relax in the Sun. Nice pool area, and lets not forget waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice for breakfast🙂

The morning staff , the ladies on the desk were fantastic ! Went out of there way to be very helpful and friendly when we arrived earily off the cruise ship! The gentalman in the afternoon wasn't helpful couldn' t seem to be bothered to help when my phone was dying and stranded at the Brandon Mall ! Had called to see if he could try and find a taxi for us as we weren't having any luck getting one and it was raining out! Once we managed to finally get back 3hrs later he didn't even greet us!

Facility was very clean and nice. Location was hard to find and reach. Once we got there once had no issues. Breakfast was sparse the first couple of days and then they received a food order, and items were added. Would be nice if they offered boiled eggs for people with Gluten allergies. We ate the fruit, and yogurt once available, coffee and juice. My husband has Celiacs so could not eat the bagels, waffles or muffins. Nice patio area. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

That it was fairly close to the cruise part and the shuttle was very helpful. However, I did not like the breakfast and there was no milk alternative as I am allergic to milk.

Breakfast was good, room was good, Customer service was remarkable. Michael was great and to be honest, whatever I didn’t like about the hotel his nice and professional demeanor made up for it. Otherwise I would’ve stayed at another hotel.

Didn't stay but just to sleep. Didn't really see the hotel or the grounds a lot it was dark, but seemed very clean and was pretty in the courtyard pool area.
