The staff was polite and efficient. We did have trouble using the card for entry to the room and another card was given to us that did work. We did not have breakfast.The grounds were extremely well-maintained. The room was clean, and large. There was a small snack room where the number of items could be picked up and paid for at the front desk which was very handy. There was no unusual noise level. Wi-Fi was good. All in all for the price I felt they did a great job. The surrounding neighborhood was a very negative factor however.

The morning staff , the ladies on the desk were fantastic ! Went out of there way to be very helpful and friendly when we arrived earily off the cruise ship! The gentalman in the afternoon wasn't helpful couldn' t seem to be bothered to help when my phone was dying and stranded at the Brandon Mall ! Had called to see if he could try and find a taxi for us as we weren't having any luck getting one and it was raining out! Once we managed to finally get back 3hrs later he didn't even greet us!

Breakfast was sparse the first couple of days and then they received a food order, and items were added. Would be nice if they offered boiled eggs for people with Gluten allergies. We ate the fruit, and yogurt once available, coffee and juice. My husband has Celiacs so could not eat the bagels, waffles or muffins. Nice patio area. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

Breakfast was good, room was good, Customer service was remarkable. Michael was great and to be honest, whatever I didn’t like about the hotel his nice and professional demeanor made up for it. Otherwise I would’ve stayed at another hotel.
